By accessing and using Zimbabwe Property Connect ("ZPC"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, agents, and anyone else who accesses our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use our platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use ZPC to post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings, impersonate any person or entity, collect or harvest user data without consent, transmit spam or unsolicited communications, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
3. Property Listings
Agents and agencies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their property listings. All listings must represent genuine properties that the lister has authority to market. ZPC reserves the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of our policies. ZPC does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any listed property. Buyers should conduct independent due diligence before any transaction.
4. Agent Responsibilities
Registered agents and agencies must hold valid credentials and licences as required by Zimbabwean law. Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, responding promptly to buyer enquiries, and conducting all transactions with professionalism and integrity. ZPC may suspend or remove agents who receive consistent negative feedback, violate our policies, or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Transactions and Payments
ZPC is a property marketing platform and does not facilitate or process property purchase transactions. All financial transactions between buyers and sellers must be conducted independently, ideally through licensed lawyers and conveyancers. ZPC is not liable for any financial losses arising from property transactions conducted through or facilitated by our platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ZPC, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zimbabwe Property Connect or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission. By submitting content (photos, descriptions, etc.) to ZPC, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
ZPC provides its platform "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the conduct of agents, agencies, buyers, or sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of ZPC after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
