1. Our Intellectual Property
Zimbabwe Property Connect and its logo, platform design, software, databases, and all associated content are owned by Zimbabwe Property Connect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code.
2. Permitted Use
You may view, print, and use content from ZPC solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with searching for or listing properties. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or display for commercial purposes — requires our prior written consent. You may share links to our platform on social media or other websites, provided you do not frame or mirror our content.
3. Agent and User Content
When you submit content to ZPC (including property photos, descriptions, and other materials), you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting content, you grant ZPC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform and in our marketing materials. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Prohibited Actions
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any ZPC content without our written permission. You may not use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data from our platform. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Violating these restrictions may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
5. Third-Party Content
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and content. ZPC does not own or control third-party content and is not responsible for any third-party intellectual property claims. We advise you to review the intellectual property policies of any third-party sites you visit.
